Booking Conditions:

All prices quoted are for a maximum of six adults. Extra adults incur an additional $30 per night charge.
Maximum of eight persons per stay.
Minimum Three night stay.
50% or $500 deposit required at time of booking.
Balance Payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Visa and Mastercard accepted.
All pricing subject to change without notice.
Pricing for extended stays or additional nights available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of A$50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administrative fee of A$50.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
